Dr Christopher

His teacher, Dr. Christopher, drew a huge following in America in the 70’s. His miraculous results and down to earth advice remains a great inspiration. He advocated a life in balance with nature.

Resting on Sundays

Dr Christopher advised to use herbs 6 out of 7 days a week, resting on Sundays. He said this prevents the body getting lazy and used to the herbal formula. It’s best to have a day off so the body has to do the work itself.

He promoted eating plenty of fresh vegetables, seeds and grains; cutting out all meat and dairy produce; correct eating patterns; plenty of fresh air and exercise; following your heart; regular juice fasting; and using herbs to support excretion of toxins especially in your vulnerable areas. This maintains health, energy, optimal body weight, skin condition, fertility and longevity.
