Delivery policy for Helpful herbs purchases
We aim to despatch items with in 2 days of ordering.
£5 postage rate covers First class Royal mail delivery which should be delivered one day after being dispatched. It is not tracked.
Spend £50 or more and delivery is free. It will probably be sent through Evri. It can be tracked and delivery time is messaged to the customer on day of delivery.
£4 postal rate covers second class delivery or courier delivery through Yodel or Evri. Which take 2 to 5 days to arrive.
For £5 postage please allow 5 days from ordering before reporting your order is missing. It should arrive 3 days after ordering.
For £4 postage please allow 8 days from ordering to report your items as missing. It should arrive 5 days after ordering.
Remember to add an extra day for sundays or bank holidays.
Also allow extra time for remote locations.
There is no guarantee orders will arrive in these time scales. This is a guide.
Once your parcel is delivered it is your responsibility if it gets damaged or lost.

Your order will be replaced as soon as possible or refunded.
For damaged items please photo the damage and email the photos. Do phone to speed up the replacement process.
Postage out of the UK is possible, but will incur extra postal costs and may incur extra taxes. Taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. We can quote for postal costs if you ask.
If you wish to return an unopened item if it is not wanted, you need to pay the return postage. See Returns policy for more details.
