Tendency to loose warm and energy quickly. Low  physical resistance. Take longer to heal.
Flexible and changeable.
Best not to eat very cold food or endless raw food.
Best to be gentle on the body.
Easy access to sub conscious/ positive suggestion.
 
Brown Eye
(Haematogenic)
Tendency to  incorrect blood compostition. i.e.,fat content( high cholesterol);
hormones; blood sugar levels
( diabetes).
 
Eat spicies or spicey food or garlic.
Eat Pottassium rich foods, i.e. green leafy veg; reduce Sodium (salt).
Rest/ siesta in afternoon.
Exercise.
Blueish eyes with fibres forming flower pattern
(Polyglandular)
As above with possible tendency to digestive atonia with possible abdominal water retention. Tendency to imbalance of glandular activity. Openess, so receptive but need to protect themselves.
Keep digestion moving with mild laxatives (prune juice, senna, Abdominal exercise). Bitters(see Hazel Eye) may help glandular balance.
Try to achieve balance.

Watching the amount of  meat, diary and refined foods reduces mucus tendency.  Watching the previous and tea, coffee and alcohol helps with over acidity. Herb- Elderflowers.

Reduce acidic forming foods as above. Stimulate kidneys action by yoga, drinking water with lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning or herbs(i.e. juniper, dandelion celery seed, ginger, and many more)

Tension ,especially in the head. People with lots of energy, often can’t relax. Spasms.
      Possible dominering parent.
Relaxation, do something physical first. Calming/ nerve building herbs
     (Oats, Catnip, St john’s Wort, Chamomile) Diet high in natural Calcium and Magnesium. Keep eating well to fuel high energy.

Tendancy to arthritis/ rheumatism due to over acidity.
Well done. Take lots of short breaks.
Support liver & immune system. Use calminative herbs for digestion(fennel, mint etc). Relax with  walks, deep massage.
 
 
 
Let fevers/ emotions run their course. Make sure you keep hydrated (drink lots of water.)
Minimise acid forming foods(coffee,meat, diary products, malt vinegar, alcohol, stress)
Usually blue eye with white rim (Lipemic Diathesis)80% chance of high blood cholesterol possibly causing hardening of arteries(artioscelerosis) due to sluggish liver action. Tendency to rigid views. Stimulate the liver with bitter herbs. Eat bitter food(lemon pips/lettuce stalks) or garlic/ pepper with meat, Diary products, white bread). Gentle exercise. Flexibility.
