Description

Apple and Spearmint, Elderflowers, Honeysuckle flowers, Lemon Balm,a scattering of Marigold and Rose petals
(Mentha suaveolens and spicata, Sambucus nigra, Lonicera periclymenum, Melissa officinalis, a scattering of Calendular officinalis and Rosa x damascena.

This is a gorgeous Tasty tea suitable for regular and frequent use.
A mild minty flavor with touches of an early summer breeze creating depth and variety like a summer hedgerow.

This is a tea to support a health. It can be drunk anytime.

As a herbalist we can not make claims about medical conditions without a hugely expensive license.
This is a pleasant tea for every day use. The directions on the label are for non medicinal use. The small quantities used means that, like culinary herbs, they will not interfer with medications such as Warfarin. They are suitable for children at this strengh especially with honey or fruit squash aded.
The herbs can be re used to get a second brew that is less strong.

Medicinal dose is 25g to 500ml of boiling water. Cover and infuse for 2-5 minutes. Strain and drink in 3 wineglassful size doses over 1 day. They can be reused for day 2 and day 3 if kept in the fridge between brews and strained from the tea to store seperately. This is a strong tea. It may contribute towards sweating, a diaphoretic.
