Hemp seed oil has a useful amount of animal free complete protein including all 20 Amino Acids. It is lower in protein than soya, but more digestible.  Hemp seeds have a perfect balance of Essential Fatty Acids for humans in a usefully high concentration. Hemp seed oil is a rich source of minerals especially Magnesium, Zinc and Iron. It is made up of mostly polyunsaturated fatty acids with multiple health benefits preventing against cardio vascular disease, cancers and inflammatory conditions.

Spirulina Algae Spirulina is a very rich source of easily digestible, complete protein (60% protein by weight). Excess is easily excreted and not stored as fat as animal proteins are. It has a high Iron content (2000% more than Spinach);Beta Carotene, 4000% more than carrots and 300% more than whole milk). However it’s fishy taste and cost limit the amount practically consumed.
