Elderberry in veg glycerol

Elder berry (Sambucus nigra) decoction and vegetable glycerine
Glycerols are easy to use, ready made, liquid herbs. They are non alcoholic liquid, unlike tincture which are 25% – 90% alcohol. Glycerols are sweet but low glycemic index so suitable for diabetics, people who do not drink alcohol and children. All Helpful Herbs products are vegan except for bee products.
They are double the dose of tinctures so an adult uses 1 dessertspoon dose 2 or 3 times a day in a little water or glass of juice. Children reduce dose according to age and size.
Store them in a cool place such as a fridge.
They have a shorter shelf life than tinctures which can last indefinately.
Elderberries help reduce severity in colds and fevers. It can be used long term as an aid to prevent colds.
It is also marketed as a slimming aid.

If you take multiple medicines or have a serious health condition use half doses or drop doses.
